Our experienced team has extensive experience in lighting technology, electrical works and renewable energy having worked in the industry and within industry standards to ensure installation and supplies are of guaranteed quality and right safety standards.
The company also supplies clean cook stoves both for households and institutions. These stoves which provide and efficient clean and energy efficient cooking experience have numerous benefits among them reducing firewood consumption by up to 60%, improving health by reducing harmful emissions of particulate matter and carbon monoxide by more than 75% reducing climate emissions through lower emissions of black carbon and CO2 and significantly improving livelihoods by significantly reducing expenditure on fuels and/or time for fuel collection/purchase.
The Company also provides business development and commercial consultancy services more precisely on clean cooking, electrical works and supplies, lighting technology and off grid solar power solutions to multinationals and other institutions in East Africa market.

Mary Kuria, Chief Executive
Mary Kuria is a well known Corporate & Business leader in Kenya with vast experience in multinational industries in East Africa where she has gained in depth management focus as well as cross border business expansion through her career spanning FMCG, Retail, Beverage and Industrial sectors.
She has been at the helm of Philips Lighting East Africa for over 3 years as General Manager, championing the expansion of the Philips Lighting business in East Africa focusing on business expansion and driving the revamping and growth of the subsidiary in the region. She currently oversees and manages the solar lighting business venture across Africa.
She has vast experience in contract negotiation, and structuring new deals, having been involved in strategic and landmark transactions in Kenya and Ethiopia. Mary has over 14 years experience in general and operational management, commercial strategy and planning, sales and marketing leadership,enabling financial and strategic alliances amongst other large scale ventures.
Mary has had significant market experience with senior director roles at Frigoglass Ltd EA, as Regional Manager Africa tasked with enhancing capabilities of the sales teams and innovation within the business. At Proctor & Gamble, she managed customer development and strategy planning across East Africa, before joining Philips Lighting East Africa. In her current role, she is tasked with setting the professional lighting business strategy, driving retail footprint and distributor management. These pioneering tasks have been instrumental in delivering the business agenda in East and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Mary has managed to grow the brand into a force to reckon with through marked achievements in the region’s innovative Lighting Solutions business serving the Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia and Rwanda markets. She graduated from Strathmore University with an MBA in Strategy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing from the University of Nairobi.
Mary has a diverse understanding of the corporate world, which has won her numerous awards among them the coveted African Women Innovation Award through The African Society for Scientific Research, Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. This is specifically for the leadership skills she possesses in her passion for driving economic empowerment across Africa. Her impact as head of innovation through her work at Philips Lighting East Africa, has brought her into contact with different people groups with her passion being empowering and mentoring women. This is exhibited from her work with P&G where she won the Global Award on CSR with the Girl Child Education and Sanitation Projects and mentored the youth through the Girl Child Network. Mary is also a member of the Philips Innovation Board.
Mary is a caring and adoring wife to Mr. Titus Kuria with whom they have 3 beautiful children, Daniel, Esther and Joshua.
Victor Musau, Technical Manager
Victor Musau is a highly dedicated and meticulous certified Energy Manager (CEM) with exceptional proficiency lighting technology and Renewable energy (solar). His vision is to be a leading Energy Engineer and Consultant, offering globally bench-marked services in Power Generation, Energy Efficiency and Energy Management
Victor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Energy Engineering from Kenyatta University. He is a licensed Energy Regulation Commission (ERC) T3 Solar Technician as well as a Certified Energy Manager by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) in the USA. Besides that, Victor is trained on Renewable Energy Technology – Solar Photovoltaic Engineering, Procurement and Construction, and Operation & Maintenance (Grid-Tie Solar Power Applications) with the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO) & International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
He worked at Schneider Electric E.A Ltd as a Project Engineer, Sustainable energy division where he was responsible for global Sourcing of Components, Products and their Integration, renewable energy solution design, feasibility studies for grid-tie solar PV power plants, Tender preparation, and sourcing for potential customers and business partners
He also worked with Philips Lighting, East Africa office as an Application Engineer focusing on professional lighting products and solutions across east Africa. At Philips, he successfully launched professional LED product range, train lighting designers & engineers, manage the product portfolio and develop programs to achieve sales target.
Victor brings an invaluable set of experiences to the company based on his previous roles.
